Description
Each Jivamukti Basic class is part of a four-week fundamentals course that explores a different theme each week:
week one: standing asanas
week two: forward bending asanas
week three: backward bending asanas
week four: inversions, meditation and “putting it all together.”
Whereas in the Beginner Vinyasa and Open class vinyasa is emphasized, in the Basic class alignment is the emphasis. Students are taught “how to do” asanas as well as the use of props. The Basic Class provides the underlying structure to help a student be able to eventually enter into an Open class intelligently and safely. Beginners are encouraged to take all four weeks of the Basic course. Intermediate and advanced students will also benefit from exploring the alignment essentials presented in these classes. It is advisable that a student register for the full 4 week program starting with week one, but a student can also drop into any class at any time during the month and can also take as many classes as they want each week. This class is suitable for beginners, but open to all levels of practitioner.

In 2018, he started to learn and understand what is yoga and yoga’s benefit as he had never known it before. Sometimes he thinks that it was wasting his time to focus on a full-time job and a lot of pressure on him during the training. However, there is not like what he thinks, just he needs to take time to understand in deep of the meaning and be patient to keep practice it. Until now if he compares himself before it is so much difference. At the same time, he saw and obtained a lot of benefit from it. Furthermore, based on his experience, he applied the yoga practice to reflect on his daily life and all the situation was happened. Hence, He said “It is really affected to our communication and best solutions to solve any problem in the face. Therefore, there is a good message to apply it, while yoga is not only posture or asana but yoga is what you did/practiced with your awareness, consciousness, calmness, peaceful and you know yourself that you are ready to do it without interrupting anybody around you”.

Description
Yin Yoga is a gentle and calming practice that helps your body and mind slow down. In this class, we don’t move fast or do complicated poses. Instead, we stay in each position for a few minutes, allowing the body to soften and release tension.
You don’t need to be flexible or have any yoga experience. This practice is for anyone who wants to feel more relaxed, sleep better, or simply take a quiet moment for themselves.
It’s like giving your body a deep rest, and giving your mind space to breathe.

He has spent recent years immersed in the study of yoga in India and across South/South East Asia, with a focus on traditional hatha yoga, kriya yoga and meditation.Trained in the Sivananda Ashrams, Cal brings a traditional approach to his classes, practicing with a focus on finding stillness in the mind through concentration, proper breathing and opening the body with long-holding postures.
Description
Hatha is the root of most yoga styles practiced in the world today, including those practiced here at Azahar. When practiced in its original form, the focus is on holding postures for longer, rather than focusing on the movement flow of the class. Helping you to learn postures with depth and experience calming meditation. Join Cal in learning some of the fundamental foundations of yoga philosophy, postures and breathing practices to experience yoga exercise in its traditional form.'
