Focused on toning the glutes, thighs, and stomach using just you, a mat, and some small props (such as exercise balls or resistance bands) from time to time. You will build core strength and improve your posture so you can stand tall and strong. This low-impact high-energy workout will help increase your fitness level and develop your core strength.

This beginner class focuses on alignment, slow structured movement and breath awareness. Students should expect a similar sequence from class to class that helps to strengthen the spine and core, detoxify the body and heal injuries. This is a beginner class that is also open to all levels.
