In 10 weeks, you'll work towards a strong and supple body and a fresh, clear mind.

The Yoga Fit program is a program that brings more strength, flexibility, and balance to your body and mind in 10 weeks. The program helps you become more aware of your body and mind. This ensures you become physically and mentally fit.

Yoga postures, concentration techniques, and relaxation exercises help you with this, making your body feel increasingly fit and refreshed. The focus of the FIT program is on improving your well-being by building strength, flexibility, and balance in your body.

The class will be taught in English.

Price: 175 euro
What You’ll Receive:

- A weekly 90-minute yoga class for 10 weeks, part of the deeply transformative FIT program. Each session builds on the last, guiding you step by step towards greater physical vitality and mental clarity.
- Plenty of space for personal guidance and support.
- Small group sessions (maximum 8 to 10 participants)
- A warm cup of tea to close each class with calm and connection.
