De les is voor jou bedoeld als je een diep verlangen hebt jezelf te willen ontdekken. In totaal worden er 36 lessen gegeven in een jaar. Deelnemen aan de lessen is alleen mogelijk na het volgen van de Hatha Yoga gevorderde lessen in het Bamboehuis. Heb je geen gevorderde lessen in het Bamboehuis gevolgd, maar wil je toch graagdeelnemen aan de Raja yogalessen, omdat je een vergelijkbaar pad ergens anders hebt bewandeld, neem dan even persoonlijk contact op met Evelien via de mail: evelien@bamboehuis.amsterdam

Dit is een Hatha Yoga basisles. Het thema van vandaag is: santosa - tevredenheid

Met de basis yogales zet je je 1e stappen op het Yogapad, een 8 voudig pad die je uiteindelijk weer in contact brengt met jezelf, de ziel. Je beoefent yogahoudingen, meditatie en yogafilosofie. Je begint aan de basis en ervaring is niet nodig. Er zijn in een jaar 36 unieke basis yogalessen. Je werkt aan je gezondheid, je energiebalans, het vergroot je bewustzijn en de lessen geven je inzicht in het yogapad. Elke week wordt de les opgebouwd rond een nieuw thema, gericht op het in balans brengen van je lichaam, je energie en je mind. In de les leer je yogahoudingen met aandacht uit te voeren en leer je hoe je jouw energiebanen kunt reinigen. Daarnaast helpt Anapana, een concentratiemethode gericht op het observeren van je adem, je om meer stilte te vinden in jezelf. Aan het eind van de les is er tijd voor thee en vragen.

Dit is gratis meditatie voor iedereen die yoga en/of meditatieles in het Bamboehuis volgt of heeft gevolgd. Heerlijk om de dag mee te beginnen!
Let op dit is geen meditatieles, maar zelfstudie!

Op dinsdagochtend is het bamboehuis geopend van 7:30 tot 8:30 uur voor gratis yoga en op donderdagochtend voor gratis meditatie. Je bent vandaag welkom voor een uur gezamenlijk stilte meditatie. Ook als je in de lessen nog niet een uur mediteert kun je aanschuiven. Zorg er wel voor dat je er om 7:30 bent. Zodat we allemaal tegelijk beginnen. Er is een docent aanwezig.

Met de basis yogales zet je je 1e stappen op het Yogapad, een 8 voudig pad die je uiteindelijk weer in contact brengt met jezelf, de ziel. Je beoefent yogahoudingen, meditatie en yogafilosofie. Je begint aan de basis en ervaring is niet nodig. Er zijn in een jaar 36 unieke basis yogalessen. Je werkt aan je gezondheid, je energiebalans, het vergroot je bewustzijn en de lessen geven je inzicht in het yogapad. Dit is een Hatha Yoga gevorderde les. Het thema van vandaag is: Bhastrika Pranayama

Met de gevorderde yoga lessen ga je je vervolg stappen zetten op het 8 voudige yogapad. Gevorderde yogales is voor iedereen die al meer stilte heeft gevonden en deze wil verdiepen en uitbreiden met Yoga. Je hebt een jaar lang regelmatig de basisyogalessen in het Bamboehuis gevolgd of al ergens anders een vergelijkbaar yogapad gevolgd en kunt 15 tot max 30 minuten stilzitten in concentratie/meditatie.

Elke week wordt de les opgebouwd rond een nieuw thema, gericht op het realiseren van je subtiele lichaam. In de les leer je met aandacht de yogahoudingen langer aan te houden, ga je met pranayama je energie leren sturen en helpt Nada jou, een concentratiemethode gericht op het leren luisteren naar jouw eigen energie, meer stilte te vinden in jezelf.

Aan het eind van de les is er tijd voor thee en vragen. Een gevorderde les duurt anderhalf uur en kost 15 euro. Je ontvangt aan het eind van de maand een factuur voor het aantal lessen die je hebt gevolgd. Gevorderde Hatha yoga lessen kun je alleen volgen, als je de Hatha yoga basis lessen in het Bamboehuis hebt gevolgd. Wil je toch graag de gevorderde lessen volgen, maar je hebt geen basis lessen in het Bamboehuis gevolgd, maar wel een vergelijkbaar pad bewandeld, neem dan even contact op met Evelien via de mail: evelien@bamboehuis.amsterdam

Heb je een jaar lang regelmatig de gevorderde lessen in het Bamboehuis gevolgd, dan kun je doorstromen naar de Raja yogalessen of de zelfrealisatie cursus 7.
