In my classes, I create a safe space where participants can immerse themselves in their practice and detach themselves from the daily routine. My aim is to develop your body awareness.
In meinen Kursen schaffe ich einen sicheren Raum, in dem die Teilnehmenden in ihre Praxis eintauchen und sich von der täglichen Routine lösen können. Mein Ziel ist es, dein Körperbewusstsein zu entwickeln.
Dans mes cours, je crée un espace sûr où chaque participant(e) peut s'immerger dans sa pratique et se détacher de la routine quotidienne. Mon objectif est de développer ta conscience corporelle.
Description
LIMITED SPOTS
In case of cancellation, please cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts to make the spot available again to other people (on the waiting list).
RDV at 6:55 am online (via Zoom - ID number/link will be automatically emailed 30 min before the session begins).
Preferably, use the Zoom application with the ID number for a better connection. You don't need to create a Zoom account to log in (the ID/link you receive is enough) and you simply choose a name that will also be visible to the other participants. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have never used Zoom before (we can do a trial together before your first class so that you can familiarize yourself with the technical aspects - (de)activation of sound and camera, etc.). If you don't want to be seen by others, you can turn off your camera - however, this will prevent me from checking whether you are able to follow my instructions during the session and correct you if necessary.
This is an online (live) class only.
NOTE
- if possible, find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for the entire duration of the class
- mat/big towel
- a water bottle to stay hydrated
- and possibly yoga props according to your needs (blocks, cushions, straps, blankets, etc. for more comfort in certain postures)

This class is dedicated to the fluid and powerful style VINYASA (dynamic/energetic yoga flow) with creative series of strong postures linked together (muscle strengthening and cardio).
All levels and ages welcome (... if you have never practiced yoga with me before, I still recommend starting with a gentle class [see: Hatha] in order to familiarize yourself with the basic postures and to know your limits). This practice will be adapted, as best as possible, to the people who sign up.
If you have never practiced with me (and if you have the opportunity), I recommend that you join us once or twice in person before starting the online practice.
STRUCTURE
Awareness ~ breathing exercises ~ warm up of the joints (especially the wrists) ~ body of the class with various sun salutations according to the flow of the day ~ brief cool down ~ quick relaxation
NEVER FORGET
Yoga is not a performance or a competition. Do not compare yourself with others. Respect your body and its limits without judgment. Never force yourself into any posture. Explore, experiment and enjoy ;-)
If you are a PREGNANT WOMAN and wish to participate, you are welcome from the 13th week of pregnancy. Please discuss this with your doctor (medical certificate required) and inform me before your first participation - so that I can adapt the postures and techniques accordingly.
