An afternoon workshop of yoga & movement to get the body shifting again, move with easefulness into the new year uplift and restore your equilibrium?
Explore a delicious uplifting yoga practice with Barley from a Hatha yoga flow (mildly dynamic), then a short ballet barre taster led by Nikki and then moving more into stillness with a meditative Yin Yoga practice & lush relaxation to restore the body & mind; feel energised and tension free.
