The perfect programme to help men kick-start a yoga practise from scratch. Each week you will be guided through the basic poses that form the foundation of all yoga. A simple but powerful set of poses that not only build muscle strength but improve suppleness, mobility and balance. Learn how to perfect each pose and start feeling the physical and mental benefits of stretching the muscles, while releasing tension from hips, hamstrings, back and shoulders.

This programme will give you the confidence to then join any of our regular classes on the timetable.

Whether you are a sportsman looking to diversify your activity, or ready to get up off the couch and improve your general health, this programme is designed for all abilities and runs for 4 weeks starting Tuesday 24th January 2023.
