This warm/hot Vinyasa Yoga Flow is open to all abilities, practice in a heated room to 25-32 degree (25 at the start of the class and quickly building up to 32 by the end of class). The warmth will increase your heart rate and metabolism aiding muscle tone and flexibility are improved. Warm Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes is a dynamic style of practice, that aims to harmonise the breath and movement as you flow through the set sequences and poses. The sets of postures are accessible to all abilities, but should challenge you in your practice, helping you to build strength, and improve your alignment and flexibility. This class will leave you feeling energised and mentally restored.
