Description
A Yoga Basics class incorporates yoga poses at a slower pace to focus on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. A slower and gentler practice of yoga allows a person to move at a comfortable pace, does not push them to do anything that may make them uncomfortable, and creates less stress on their muscles and joints. No experience or flexibility is required.
