Expect a traditional Yoga inspired practice with the addition of a Yoga swing, suitable for total beginners and those with experience. The swing acts as a prop adding in additional support, relieving joint pressure and spinal compression that floor workouts can trigger. A more accessible way to discover the upside down and tap into the inner child! Finished with shavasana in the Yoga swing.
