A unique yoga practice where we perform traditional yoga poses while using the support of the Yoga hammock, allowing for deeper stretches, inversions, and a gravity-defying experience, suitable for all levels including beginners. Known as "anti-gravity yoga" due to the supportive hammock that takes pressure off joints and allows for new movement variations. This class combines elements of traditional yoga and pilates with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance.
