Description

A practice to explore the overview of Antahkarana, or the four-part mind.

This is part 1 of a 5 part practice series. After this initial practice and philosophical overview of Antahkarana, we will spend the following 4 practices exploring the 4 parts of the mind - Manas, Chitta, Ahamkara and Buddhi.

This "map of the mind" comes to us from Vedanta and is more specific than the reference to "chitta" by sage Patanjali.

These practices will be primarily focused on meditation however we will still do some asana to prepare ourselves to sit.
