Mila | RYT200, Restorative Yoga Hello, I’m Mila—a yoga teacher and a devoted practitioner who can’t imagine life without yoga. With 10 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching experience, I’ve always believed that yoga can help us cultivate a softer, more flexible body and a calmer, more open mind. My teaching weaves breath and movement together through clear, progressive guidance, gently helping students create more space in the body and find balance between effort and ease. I also integrate Yin and Restorative Yoga into my classes, offering space for deep release, relaxation, and reconnection. Keep practicing—you’ll eventually find strength and peace within yourself. ｜Introduction｜ I found yoga during the emotional turbulence of COVID-19 while working as a flight attendant.
Through practice, yoga became a way for me to reconnect with calm, balance, and myself. After completing my RYT 200 in 2021, I continued studying Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, anatomy, and yoga wheel.
I now focus on mindful movement and yoga wheel practice, sharing the joy and clarity yoga has brought into my life.

About Amore Beauty Amore Beauty is a skincare studio founded by licensed California esthetician — Yian. “Amore,” meaning “love” in Latin, reflects the heart behind the brand — a gentle reminder to care for yourself while caring for everyday life. Before entering the beauty industry, Yian spent nearly 10 years working in interior design, where she developed a deep passion for beauty, aesthetics, and the details that make people feel comfortable and cared for. In 2020, she followed that passion into skincare and beauty, specializing in Korean-style skin management and customized skincare treatments. At Amore, every treatment is thoughtfully personalized based on each client’s skin needs and lifestyle. Yian believes that true skincare is not about quick fixes or temporary results, but about helping the skin and mind slowly return to a healthy, balanced, and naturally radiant state. Just as yoga helps bring the body and mind back into balance, Amore Beauty hopes to create a space where clients can relax, recharge, and reconnect with themselves — leaving not only with healthier skin, but also feeling more confident, refreshed, and naturally glowing. 🤍

I enjoy many forms of movement, from running and sports to strength training—but yoga is the one practice I’ve loved for over ten years. I’m drawn to yoga for its variety, the mind-body connection, and the way it helps me stretch, release, and feel lighter. I invite you to move, sweat, and enjoy the practice together with me.
