Slow Flow is a modern asana practice that combines the elements of Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin, the sequences feature fewer postures and longer holds. The practice is grounded in intention and mindfulness of breath which allows for a centring and conscious practice. Slow flow is designed to build heat and strength in the body through asana, whilst moving with intention and awareness to promote relaxation and calmness.
