Zhong Yuan Qigong has found me in 2012, and for many years I practiced simply for health and wellbeing. Life’s deeper questions called to me in 2019 when my daughter was born, and that’s when my daily practice began to open the path of sacred healing on every level. Through consistent practice, I awakened the natural senses we all carry but often leave dormant—learning not only to feel the energy, but to see it, understand it, and use it for the benefit of body, mind, and spirit. In 2022, I was given the right to teach, and in 2023 I became the personal student of Grandmaster Xu Mingtang in Chinese Shaolin. Zhong Yuan Qigong has become my way of life, an anchor that has guided me through life’s storms. It is my wish to share this living practice with you, so you can reconnect with your own inner strength, awareness, and vitality—and discover that the depth of the practice has much more to offer than the human mind can comprehend.
