Lin is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with a passion for integrating movement and meditation. She loves teaching Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha and Power Yoga styles.

Let's start our day waking up the body with a Vinyasa flow, breathwork and meditation that will improve our focus and concentration, increase our energy, strength and flexibility and will give us the bonus of dopamine and endorphins, our feel-good hormones.
