Dr. Wendy Parrell spent most of her life doing, achieving while trying to figure out how to be less drained and more peaceful which motivated her to explore meditation and Qi Gong. In the past Dr. Wendy spent 20 years in the air force. worked in stressful corporations as an educator and executive coach, raised a family and received her doctorate which helped her understand the importance of balance and self-care. Since 2014, Dr Wendy spends her time as an Empowerment Coach and meditation instructor, offering guided meditations and Qi Gong practices that reduce monkey brain noise, stress, and anxiety while relaxing the mind and body into stillness and inner peace.

Description

We will practice an easy set of movement that is particularly effective in lymphatic flow. Having a strong lymphatic flow is important for maintaining a healthy immune system and a healthy sense of well-being.
The class will use slow rhythmic movements that stimulate lymphatic circulation. This system relies on physical activity to move lymph fluid through our body. Deep breathing is used to create the right amount of pressure in the stomach area and chest helps to facilitate stuck physical and emotional energy to move out of our bodies.
Often the stuck energy is from suppressed stress, anxiety and fears we store in our body as we move throughout the day.
Participants typically walk away feeling emotionally balanced and relaxed physically and mentally.
