Laughter Yoga is a joyful mind-body practice that combines intentional laughter with deep breathing to boost mood, relieve stress, and energize the body. It’s not about jokes or comedy—it’s about choosing to laugh as an exercise, which quickly turns into genuine laughter through connection and playfulness. Rooted in the idea that the body can’t tell the difference between real and simulated laughter, Laughter Yoga helps release tension, increase oxygen flow, and promote a sense of happiness and community.
