Description
A course of five 60 minute beginners hatha yoga classes. The perfect introduction for anyone new to yoga, or coming back to it after a break. This course will give you a good understanding of all the basic poses and technique and the confidence to attend a standard class. Hatha classes are a slower styles of yoga, which gives us time to workshop new poses and build strength and flexibility. Classes will leave you feeling balanced and restored.
