A quiet practice of floor poses, Yin enhances mobility, flexibility, and deeper concentration. Nurture and release the connective tissues of the body by becoming more intimate with your breath. We learn to relax around our sensations, feelings, emotions and thoughts as they arise. Stillness can be a wonderful adventure!

It is important to engage in a gentle practice on a regular basis. Completing this yoga class makes you feel like you have accomplished something great and it’s because you have! Find your mental peace and clarity here.

This class combines active Yang and passive Yin Yoga styles into one class.
We’ll start with 15 minutes of yin and move into a solid 30 minute gentle flow and then transition into yin again. Find your balance inside and out, leave feeling good!
