A fusion movement class designed to increase functional sturdiness, strength and balance, while adapting the poses for your body. A sequence of moves are repeated and added onto during the class that challenge strength and balance, and activate sturdiness and self-reliance in your body. Props will be supplied: weights, bands, blocks, and poles.

Each student is given personal attention with adaptations and adjustments according to individual needs for a safe practice. A quiet practice of floor poses, Yin enhances mobility, flexibility, and deeper concentration. Nurture and release the connective tissues of the body by becoming more intimate with your breath. We learn to relax around our sensations, feelings, emotions and thoughts as they arise. Stillness can be a wonderful adventure!
