We learn to relax around our sensations, feelings, emotions and thoughts as they arise. Stillness can be a wonderful adventure!

A gentle, beginner friendly class combines active Yang and passive Yin Yoga. We’ll start with 15 minutes of yin and move into a gentle flow to then transition into yin again. Find your balance inside and out, leave feeling good!
