Description
Foundational Flow is a beginner-friendly vinyasa class that focuses on breath awareness, safe alignment, and building confidence in key yoga postures. Expect clear cues, thoughtful sequencing, and plenty of options to support your body’s unique needs. We move slowly and intentionally, allowing time to explore each pose and connect breath to movement. This class is perfect for new students or anyone looking to revisit the basics with fresh eyes. Come as you are—no flexibility or experience required. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body. Foundational doesn’t mean easy—it means strong, steady, and rooted.
