Description

A grounding class that begins with a mindful vinyasa flow to awaken the body and calm the nervous system, followed by a guided shamatha meditation—an ancient practice of cultivating calm abiding. In shamatha, we gently train the mind to rest on a single object, often the breath, building focus and inner stillness over time. This class is ideal for anyone seeking to balance movement with mindfulness, and to experience the subtle power of sustained attention. Expect a steady, breath-led flow, then a quiet return inward through stillness, presence, and simplicity. Come as you are, leave more centered.
