Flow into Freedom blends gentle vinyasa movement with deeply restful postures, offering the best of both energizing and calming practices. The first half of class guides you through mindful, breath-linked sequences to warm the body, release tension, and awaken circulation. Gradually, the pace slows as you transition into restorative poses supported by props, inviting the nervous system to soften and the mind to settle. This class is designed for students who want balance—both movement and stillness, effort and ease. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and grounded, carrying a sense of spacious calm into the rest of your day.
