Description

This class begins with the grounding practice of Yin yoga—long-held, floor-based postures that gently stretch connective tissues and invite deep release. By starting in stillness, the body and mind soften, creating space for awareness and inner calm. From there, we transition into an energizing Vinyasa flow, linking breath with movement to awaken strength, stability, and vitality. The contrast of Yin followed by Vinyasa helps balance the nervous system, nourish the joints, and uplift energy. Vin-Yin offers the best of both worlds, leaving you refreshed, open, and centered.
