This practice blends the dynamic, strengthening energy of Yang yoga with the slow, restorative stillness of Yin, creating a perfect balance between movement and deep release. The first half of the class focuses on flowing, heat-building postures to activate strength, stability, and energy, while the second half shifts into longer-held, passive stretches to soften tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. This class is designed to help you feel both revitalized and deeply relaxed, leaving you grounded, open, and in harmony—both physically and mentally.
