Description
This class blends gentle, breath-led movement with metta, or loving-kindness meditation—a practice that cultivates compassion for yourself and others. We begin with a mindful flow to soften the body, release tension, and connect with the breath. Then we move into stillness, guiding the heart through phrases like “May I be happy. May you be safe. May all beings be free.” Metta helps dissolve judgment and opens us to connection, empathy, and inner peace. This class is ideal for anyone seeking emotional balance, self-acceptance, or a gentle reset. No experience necessary—just bring your breath and an open heart.
