Post-Surf Relaxation is designed to gently restore your body after time in the waves. This class combines soothing stretches, mindful breathwork, and restorative postures to release tightness in the shoulders, back, and hips—the areas surfers need most. With slow, grounding movements supported by props, you’ll ease muscle fatigue, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. Gentle guidance helps you connect with your breath, allowing both body and mind to unwind after the ocean’s intensity. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned surfer, this practice supports recovery so you can return to the water feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply restored.
