Through gentle, mindful stretches and slow, supported movements, Gentle Hip Release helps you soften tight muscles, release stored stress, and cultivate ease in the hips, pelvis, and lower back.
We use breath awareness and longer holds to encourage deep relaxation and gentle opening, making this class perfect for anyone carrying tightness from sitting, surfing, or daily life. Props like blocks and bolsters provide support so you can fully surrender into each posture.
Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a restorative practice, this class offers a safe, nurturing space to reconnect with your body and invite more freedom into your movement.
