This class follows a traditional Hatha Yoga style, with a calm and steady pace. We move slowly and mindfully through classic yoga postures, holding each pose for a few breaths to build strength, stability, and awareness.

The practice focuses on the connection between body, breath, and mind. You will have time to feel each posture, observe your breathing, and settle into a meditative state. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and short moments of stillness or relaxation are often included.

This class is suitable for all levels, especially for those who enjoy a grounded, traditional practice and want to improve posture, flexibility, and inner balance. Options and modifications are offered so everyone can practice safely and comfortably.
