Spinal Yoga Flow is a vinyasa breath-led class designed to awaken, mobilize, and realign the entire spine—from the base to the crown. This practice focuses on creating healthy movement through the vertebrae, improving posture, and unlocking areas where tension or emotional stress often get stored—especially in the upper back, neck, and lower spine.
Expect gentle waves of movement through cat-cow variations, twists, backbends, and forward folds—woven into a smooth, mindful flow. Youll be guided to move with the rhythm of your breath, cultivating a sense of internal spaciousness and renewed energy.
This class is ideal for those feeling stiff, mentally foggy, or out of balance after a long day. By the end, you'll feel taller, lighter, and more connected to your center.
