Description

This class combines breathwork, movement, and focused attention to activate the nervous system, improve mental clarity, and boost energy levels. Using techniques drawn from Kundalini yoga, we work with repetitive movements, rhythmic breathing, and short meditations to create balance in the body and mind.

You can expect simple, guided exercises that support the brain, reduce stress, and help regulate your mood. Many people report feeling more awake, centered, and calm after class.

No experience is needed. This practice is accessible to all levels and can be adjusted for your energy and comfort.
