Description
Yin & Calming Breathwork is a deeply soothing class that blends the stillness of *Yin Yoga* with the grounding power of conscious breathing.
The first half of the class gently opens the body through long-held floor poses, targeting deep connective tissues and energetic channels. The second half guides you through slow, mindful pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
Benefits include:
* Release of tension in hips, spine, and shoulders
* Reduced anxiety, improved sleep, and emotional balance
* A deeper connection to body, breath, and present-moment awareness
This class is perfect for:
