This class blends the long-held, floor-based postures of Yin Yoga with guided meditation to create a practice of deep release and inner quiet. Yin postures gently target the connective tissues, improving joint mobility and fascial health while calming the nervous system.

Following the physical practice, guided meditation supports mental clarity, emotional balance, and a greater sense of presence. Together, Yin and meditation offer a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with stillness.

Suitable for all levels—no prior meditation experience required.
