Moving gently into Yin Yoga postures, we hold each shape for an extended time, allowing deep layers of tension to soften, enhancing flexibility, and creating space within. With each breath, the body surrenders, inviting profound relaxation and energetic balance.

From this place of openness, we transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that leads you into deep rest. As awareness drifts between wakefulness and sleep, the nervous system resets, stress dissolves, and the mind enters a state of effortless clarity.
