Surrender into stillness with Yin Yoga Nidra, a practice designed to nourish the body and restore the mind. This journey begins with conscious breathwork, inviting a sense of grounding and tranquility as you settle onto your mat.
Moving gently into Yin Yoga postures, we hold each shape for an extended time, allowing deep layers of tension to soften, enhancing flexibility, and creating space within. With each breath, the body surrenders, inviting profound relaxation and energetic balance.
From this place of openness, we transition into Yoga Nidra that invites deep relaxation, self-awareness, and inner peace through a guided journey of witnessing and releasing, creating a profound connection with the self. It offers a space for self-discovery, exploring opposite emotions, and integrating intentions (Sankalpa), while moving through chakra awareness and visualizations that help center the practitioner in the present moment.
