This class combines gentle Yin Yoga postures with the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. First, you will hold soft, floor-based stretches that open the body and release tension. Then, you will be guided into Yoga Nidra, a state of deep rest where the body relaxes completely, and the mind becomes calm and clear.
