A quiet, nurturing class designed to help your body unwind and your mind slow down. In Yin Yoga we hold simple floor-based postures for longer periods, giving the muscles a chance to soften while gently stretching the deeper connective tissues.
This session is perfect for days when you want to rest, recover, or balance a busy schedule or active lifestyle. With calm breathing, stillness, and mindful attention, the practice supports flexibility, relaxation, and emotional release.
No experience needed—just come as you are, breathe, and allow your body to settle into deep rest.
NOTE: For a more comfortable and relaxing session, participants are encouraged to bring mosquito repellent.
