Description
Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative class that combines conscious breathwork with the stillness of Yin Yoga to support physical release and emotional reset.
We begin with simple breathing techniques to ground the body and calm the nervous system, followed by a sequence of long-held, floor-based postures designed to open the hips, spine, and shoulders. Each pose is supported with props and held for several minutes to gently stretch connective tissue and encourage deep relaxation. This class moves slowly and mindfully, offering space to soften, reflect, and reconnect. Ideal for those experiencing stress, emotional heaviness, or physical tightness—especially after surfing, travel, or long hours of activity.
No experience is needed. Come as you are and let your breath lead the way back to stillness.
Note: Kindly bring mosquito repellant and scarf/blanket for better experience
