Description
A deeply nourishing evening practice to slow down and turn inward. We start with a gentle meditation and breath connection to anchor into the body and calm the mind. Then we move into long-held yin postures (3–5 minutes each), allowing the deeper layers of the body, especially the fascia, to release and hydrate. Caring for the fascia supports optimal function throughout your entire system, from muscles and joints to organs and even cellular health. Throughout class, you’ll be guided with affirmations designed to gently open the heart and mind, fostering deeper self-awareness and healing. Yin invites you to soften, listen, and embody stillness, creating space for insight, emotional release, and true rest.
All levels are welcome. Come exactly as you are, this space invites you to soften, listen, and simply be.
For an optimal experience, please bring mosquito repellent so you can fully relax and enjoy the stillness.
