Yinyasa is a balanced fusion of stillness and flow. This class begins with grounding Yin Yoga poses, holding deep stretches to open connective tissues and promote relaxation. Then, we transition into a mindful Vinyasa flow, linking breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and energy.
