Description
In this class, we’ll focus on building strength and stability in the arms, shoulders, and core—the key foundations for balancing on your hands. Through a progressive sequence of drills, flows, and targeted exercises, you’ll develop both the physical strength and mental focus needed to explore arm balances with confidence. Together, we will prepare the body and mind for two arm balance asanas, breaking them down step by step so you feel supported, safe, and ready to take flight. Expect challenge, playfulness, and plenty of opportunities to surprise yourself.
