Description
Join us for a morning practice to celebrate International Yoga Day and honor the wisdom of Yoga.
Step into a practice that goes beyond the physical, designed to awaken your body, steady your mind, and reconnect you to the deeper purpose of yoga.
This extended morning session blends meditation, gentle movement, breathwork, and intentional flow, beginning in stillness, grounding into presence, and gradually building energy from the inside out.
This will be more than just a physical practice. Throughout the session, we’ll explore yoga not just as a series of postures, but as a tool for regulating your energy and emotional wellbeing, awakening your inner fire, and how intentional practice (no matter how small) reconnects us to our vitality.
Expect a brief opening discussion, guided meditation and breathwork, a well-rounded flow, and the sacred simplicity of moving with intention. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll leave with practical tools, deeper understanding, and a felt sense of connection — to yourself, your breath, and something greater.
More than a class, this is a living practice, a ritual of remembrance that invites you back into wholeness. So that yoga becomes not just something you practice on the mat, but a resource you can return to anytime you need to reset, recharge, or realign.
Come as you are. All levels are welcome. Leave recharged, reconnected, and rooted in the wisdom you carry within.
Please bring a pen and your journal (paper will also be provided).
