Description
A slow, silent yin practice designed to release deep physical and emotional tension held in the body. Through long-held, floor-based poses and somatic awareness, we’ll gently soften the chest, shoulders, and upper back — creating space around the heart. This class invites deep rest, emotional release, and a return to inner stillness.
