A quiet practice for deep rest and tender connection.
We begin with a guided meditation to settle the body and soften the breath. From there, we move gently through a sequence of Yin and Restorative shapes—long-held, supported postures that invite stillness, release, and inner spaciousness.
As you rest in savasana, you’ll be held by live Kirtan—soft, heart-led singing of mantra. You’re invited to simply listen, to let the sound wash over you, and to rest in the quiet space it creates.
This practice is open to all. Come as you are, and leave feeling nourished, grounded, and a little more at home in yourself.
