Description
Unwind and let go with this slow, meditative class designed to release tension and increase flexibility. In Yin Yoga, poses are held for 3–5 minutes, targeting the deep connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, spine, and shoulders. This practice encourages stillness in both body and mind, helping to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation.
