Sunset Stillness offers a deeply restorative ritual blending 40 minutes of slow, meditative Yin Yoga with 20 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra—a conscious relaxation practice.

Begin by melting into long-held Yin postures that gently open the hips, spine, and connective tissues, inviting release and spaciousness. Breath awareness and mindful pauses throughout the practice help you connect to the quiet rhythms of the island’s twilight.

After the physical practice, settle into a blissful Yoga Nidra journey—often called yogic sleep—that guides you into profound relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

This 60-minute experience is perfect for all levels, offering a soulful pause to restore your body, calm your mind, and prepare you for a peaceful evening.
