We’ll begin with gentle restorative yoga postures, fully supported by props to release tension and encourage stillness in the body. The practice will close with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation known as “yogic sleep,” designed to bring you into a state of profound rest and inner awareness. This class is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, better sleep, or a calm reset for mind and body. No prior yoga experience needed.
