Flow & Restore: Yin for Surfers
December 7, 2025 •
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Bodhi Yoga Center Siargao, Lakshmi Yoga Shala

Description
Unwind, lengthen, and rebalance after time in the waves.
Designed especially for surfers, this yin-inspired practice targets the areas that carry the most strain in the water — the shoulders, upper back, chest, hips, and low back. Through slow, longer-held postures, you’ll melt tension from paddling, open the front body, and soothe the muscles that work hard to keep you moving with strength and ease.
Expect a grounding, floor-based sequence that supports mobility, recovery, and body awareness. Gentle breathwork and mindful cues will help you reset your nervous system, deepen your breath, and create space where your body needs it most. Each pose becomes an invitation to restore balance, prevent injury, and reconnect with your natural rhythm — both on and off the board.
This class welcomes all levels, whether you’re a seasoned surfer or new to the waves. Come exactly as you are; this space is here to support your body and your breath.
For an optimal experience, please bring mosquito repellent so you can fully relax and enjoy the stillness.
